A damp week of dialling in espresso
Early on Thursday Talia came round, and we ended up brewing pour-overs. The more I do brewing coffee, the less I know, in a good way. It took half an hour, which is longer than I'd planned for the pour-over. Weigh the coffee.
I should have known better than to rush dialling in a new bag. I brewed a perfect pour-over, which took longer than I'd like to admit. Gus did its own thing, which helped. I think the lesson is to slow down with the milk jug, again.
For once, I didn't change anything halfway through dialling in a new bag. I'll leave the filter paper there for this week.
